Champagne Palmer & Co Blanc de Noirs Brut NV
Founded in 1947 and established in Reims, Champagne Palmer & Co is known internationally for its highly acclaimed wines, prestigious vineyard holdings and exceptional quality.
This Champagne is made from 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Pinot Meunier, aged between 4 and 6 years on its lees. Fresh and fruity, it presents a bouquet of peach, apricot and hints of pink grapefruit and redcurrant. Elegant on the palate, it combines structure, finesse and freshness.
Coates & Seely Britagne Brut Rosé NV
Coates & Seely was founded by two friends, who shared a dream of making sparkling wine to rival the best in the world. They’re located in the chalk downs of North Hampshire, where they only produce traditional method sparkling wines.
The Brut Rosé NV is made from a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier. It presents a bouquet of rose hip and red fruits, followed by a vibrant, fine mousse that finishes on a strawberry note.
Bibi Graetz Casamatta Bianco IGT Toscana Bianco 2018 *
A recent addition to our portfolio, Bibi Graetz is one of Tuscany’s most ingenious cult winemakers. He crafts wines from some spectacular locations in between Florence, Maremma and Giglio Island, and he only uses indigenous grape varieties of the area, rebelling against the Super Tuscans and the traditionalists.
Fresh, aromatic and harmonious, the Casamatta Bianco, literally translated as the ‘Crazy-House’, is a blend of 60% Vermentino, 30% Trebbiano and 10% Moscato Bianco from Maremma. It presents floral aromas of orange and peach flowers. On the palate, refreshing citrus notes are followed by pear and exotic fruits.

Ultimate Provence AOP Cotes De Provence Rose 2019 – Trophy Winner: Best Rosé Wine
Another great producer who recently joined our portfolio, Ultimate Provence are pioneers when it comes to innovation and creativity. They not only cultivate scores of Provence’s finest vineyards, but also boast a unique knowledge in blending that results in some of the most beautiful wines in the market.
The beauty of the Cotes De Provence 2019 extends from the bottle to the contents. Layers of raspberry and strawberry fruit in the nose invite you to a gorgeous, yet spicy palate. A fresh wine with great acidity for food pairing, but roundness to enjoy on its own.
Prophet’s Rock Dry Riesling 2018 *
One of New Zealand’s most exciting producers, Prophet’s Rock creates premium, artisan wines in Central Otago, with winemaker Paul Pujol at the helm. They are committed to showcasing the characteristics of their vineyard sites, following a vineyard-focused approach in conjunction with minimal intervention in the winery.
The Dry Riesling 2018 displays floral and citrus aromas and flavours with a strong underlying minerality. These are echoed on the concentrated, crisp and lingering palate. The freshness and aromatics make this a great food wine.
