Located in Fittà, Suavia is owned and run by the three Tessari sisters, who have taken over from their parents to run the show. With plenty of passion and hard work, Meri, Valentina and Alessandra have taken the winery to the next level. The wines produced at Suavia are aromatic, lively and fresh with a fabulous concentration of flavour.
Only Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave are grown in their vineyards, the two native varieties of Soave. Trebbiano di Soave is an ancient varietal grown on the local hillside basalt soil. A small amount of Trebbiano may typically be included with Garganega to produce Soave Classico, but it’s rare to find a pure expression of this varietal. With their ‘Massifitti’, Suavia are one of only a few to produce 100% Trebbiano di Soave.
