Not only are they lucky enough to be based in the heart of the Napa Valley, but the Rutherford Wine Company has also gathered an enviable portfolio of estates showcasing Californian wine at its best. Tyson Wolf heads up a winemaking team who oversee production at the estates in Monterey, Lodi and Napa. The Rutherford Ranch winery is on the scenic Silverado Trail within the Rutherford district, an area where the Cabernet Sauvignon grape reigns supreme, producing some of the most sought-after wines in the world. Venture south to Monterey County and you find the Arroyos Seco district and vineyards at Scott Family Estate, producing premium Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Burgundian clones.

The winery and estate vineyards are certified by the California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance and the ethos extends to the business as a whole, including solar panels for the generation of electricity, water reclamation and reuse and recycled packaging materials.
