Weingut Robert Weil is steeped in tradition yet with a very modern focus to their winemaking. Grapes are hand-selected and picked during a mammoth 17 passes through the vineyard, spanning 8-10 weeks. After gentle, whole-cluster pressing, natural sedimentation is used to fine the must. The resulting wines are elegant, rich and exude class. Now run by fourth generation winemaker Wilhelm Weil, who introduced their iconic ‘Tiffany Blue’ labels, which represent the timelessness, elegance and richness of their wines with a classic ‘Weil’ identity.
