December Bank Holiday Deliveries

The festive season is bound to be a busy one, and we are here to help you prepare for it. Please read below our trading arrangements around the upcoming festive period and Bank Holidays to help you plan your orders and deliveries.

England and Wales (scroll down for Scotland)

Christmas Bank Holiday arrangements:

• Depots and contact centres will be closed on the following Bank Holidays: Monday 26th December and Tuesday 27th December.
• Contact centres will be open, and deliveries will recommence on: Wednesday 28th December.
• Contact centres will be closed from 3pm on Friday 23rd December.
• If you have been scheduled for a delivery on Wednesday 28th December, the order must be processed by your standard cut off time on Friday 23rd December.
• A revised postcode delivery schedule will be in operation between Wednesday 28th December – Friday 30th December. If your usual delivery is on a Monday or Tuesday, you will be allocated an alternative delivery day.

New Year’s Bank Holiday arrangements:

• Depots and contact centres will be closed on the following Bank Holiday: Monday 2 January.
• Contact centres will be open, and deliveries will recommence on: Tuesday 3rd January.
• Contact centres will be closed from 3pm on Friday 30th December.
• If you have been scheduled for a delivery on Tuesday 3rd January the order must be processed by your cut off on Friday 30th December.
• A revised postcode delivery schedule will be in operation between Tuesday 3rd January – Friday 6th January. If your usual delivery is on a Monday, you will be allocated an alternative delivery day.
