La Chablisienne

Founded in 1923, La Chablisienne is the single largest producer of Chablis, responsible for over 25% of total production across Chablis, Petit Chablis, 1er Cru and Grand Cru. A co-operative, La Chablisienne has over 300 members, many of whom cultivate very small parcels of vines that have been handed down from previous generations of their families. La Chablisienne has an historic and consistent reputation for quality and its iconic belle époque packaging is recognised in many countries. The wines of Chablis are famous for their mineral characteristic and these famous vineyards are located half way between Paris and Beaune in the North of Burgundy.
