From the hills of Patagonia comes the freshest take on sparkling wine you’ll see. Made in the same way as Prosecco, Fresita is three wine trends in one bottle – bubbles, sweetness and aromatics. Fresita, meaning ‘little strawberries’ in Spanish, is a new style of wine drink. Fresita Casal de Gorchs blend Sauvignon Blanc, Moscatel and Chardonnay together with a small percentage of fresh strawberry puree. The strawberry is added in the same way as liqueur dosage is added to sparkling wines, just before it’s bottled. This means Fresita is only 8% alcohol. And it tastes good too.
